Get ready to bounce into the New Year as St Martins Lane partners up with the popular trampoline-based fitness group, ((BOUNCE)).
((BOUNCE)) is a high intensity, low impact dance-choreographed exercise performed on mini trampolines that’s 3x more effective than floor-based workouts. The session is also low impact and easy on the joints, absorbing over 87% of shock, making it effective and exciting for all ages and abilities. Used to increase bone density and fitness for astronauts, NASA famously called ‘rebounding’ (the act of jumping on a trampoline) “The most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man”.
Spread across 4 weeks with different instructors and a variety of music there's something for everyone. Classes will start at 9:30am and will last for 45 minutes. Class only tickets are available or you can upgrade to include breakfast in St Martins Lane Kitchen, with a choice of High Protein Porridge, Breakfast Egg White Frittata or High Protein Vegan Breakfast Quinoa.
